FAQ...
Here are some answers to questions I frequently get. If you can't find an answer here- just ask!
Are your creations handcrafted? .jpg)
You bet! I make all my polymer clay beads and pendants one by one. I design and assemble all my jewelry items. I normally make all my ear wires for earrings and most of my clasps for bracelets and necklaces.
What materials do you use?
Most of my creations feature my own handcrafted polymer clay beads. I also use an array of other beads to accent my own clay beads such as metal and/or silver-plated beads and spacers, glass, semi-precious stones, wood, and ceramic beads and occasionally some plastic beads. The wire used in my items is Artistic Wire brand permanently colored and/or non-tarnish silver-plated copper wire and steel wire.
What is Polymer Clay?
Polymer clay is a man-made modeling material. It is made of PVC (polyvinyl chloride) particles suspended in plasticizers with pigments added for the color. This is not an earth clay so it will not dry out and stays pliable until “cured” or baked in a standard home oven at low temperatures. Most polymer clay is referred to by name brand such as Premo!, Sculpey, Fimo and Kato to name a few. I personally use a mixture of Premo! And Fimo brand polymer clays.
Can I purchase your creations?.jpg)
Sure! If you go to the SHOP page you can purchase anything you see there. I currently do not have a “shopping cart” so all purchases will be made through my Etsy store. Just click on the picture of the item(s) and it will take you directly to my store. Credit card purchases can be made securely on Etsy using Paypal or Revolution Money Exchange. I also accept money orders. PA residents will be charged 6% sales tax.
What is Etsy?
Etsy is a really cool website where you can buy and sell all things handmade.

How quickly will my item be shipped?

Insurance is available for an additional $1.65 on orders under $50. I will not be responsible for lost or damaged items once they have shipped.
**If you are local to me you may pick up your item(s) (I will not deliver), although the shipping may be cheaper than the gas. I can either refund your shipping costs at the time of pick up or I can send you a revised invoice prior to payment. Please e-mail/convo me prior to purchase if you would like to do this and we can discuss the details.
What is your return policy?
I want you to be thoroughly happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please contact me first and I will work with you to resolve any issues. If we cannot come up with a resolution I will gladly refund your full purchase price, less shipping fees, upon the return of the item.

How should I care for my polymer clay jewelry?.jpg)
*When not in use, store your polymer clay jewelry separate from other jewelry (such as the box given to you at the time of purchase). Sharp objects can scratch the surface.
*Polymer clay is durable, however, not indestructible. Take care not to drop your jewelry as it may break like a glass or ceramic object.
*Take care not to pull or tug your jewelry excessively. Excessive continual bending of the wire may cause breakage.
*Do not leave your polymer clay jewelry near a heat source or in direct sunlight for extended periods of time.
*Apply perfumes, lotions, deodorants and hairsprays/hair products and allow to dry before putting on your jewelry.
*Do not expose your jewelry to chemicals that may breakdown the clay and/or stain it such as cleaning products, bleaches or dyes. Remove jewelry before washing dishes, cleaning or swimming.
*To clean your polymer clay jewelry, wipe it with a damp or dry soft cloth. Avoid using solvents, commercial jewelry cleaners or cleaning machines as this may separate the protective coating (if applicable).
*If your creation contains silver/metal beads you can clean these gently with a jewelry cleaning cloth.
*Please keep your jewelry out of reach of small children and pets. Small parts in the jewelry may present a choking hazard to children under age 3 and/or pets.
*If you have any questions regarding your jewelry creations, please feel free to contact me!
